Though overshadowed by his cousin Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret was a visionary of modernist architecture and design. Iconic piece by designer Pierre Jeanneret, the "Library Chair" is adorned with a teak bandeau backrest and a cannage seat. This collection from the Chandigarh project was designed in the 1950s to furnish the administrative buildings of the Punjab in India.
